There is someone in the neighborhood who writes anonymous letters complaining about things you might do to your home that does not meet the standard of "the beautification committee". The letter is never signed. I have heard of many people receiving these letters. It is mentioned somewhere in the forum about a boat in a yard while repairs were taking place. If you don't mow your yard regularly, you might get such a letter. It is usually signed a concerned neighbor. (SPONSOR 10/30/06 7:37pm) REPLY
I also received not a letter but a call regarding a For Sale sign placed at the edge of the neighborhood (FS Dr & Ulmerton) during the week. It was the opinion of this self appointed \'committee\' that these signs were for weekends only. It was my opinion that my home was for sale all week. (wbibro 03/22/07 3:48pm) REPLY
