We see that you are interested in your pursuit in owning a house. Did you know that we are in the great time in recent history to buy that dream house? We are in a buyer’s market. Now here is the best news!!! The next caravan for Pinellas County is July 28, 2008 and starts promptly at 9 a.m. Many people just like you have told us that having the opportunity to become “mortgage ready”, view many homes in one day and purchase that dream home in an organized, time efficient matter makes their home ownership a pleasurable experience. We will be having our local caravan team of real estate and mortgage professionals, here in Pinellas County, help you look at a number of houses that fit your price range, specific needs and wants all in one day, but first we must get you “mortgage ready”. That means you meet with our preferred mortgage professional and work with him to get your loan approved. This helps to ensure that the caravan will have a host of homes for you to see in your given price range. This also makes it easier for us to negotiate the purchase contract for your dream house. Once you are “mortgage ready” we will reserve your seat on the caravan for only $25. This fee is to help offset the cost of van and fuel for the day.

Please remember that your only requirement to reserve a seat for our next caravan is that you contact Will Merritt at 727.530.7208 and work with him for a few hours to get “mortgage ready”. There are daytime and evening hours available. Please do this quickly as seating is limited and filling up quickly.
