We have only known Lee for a short time but were impressed from day one.
We contacted her in regard to a rental property in Feather Sound, so we weren’t even a potential high dollar sale—just a “small potatoes” rental. We were a little hesitant to use a realtor because our opinion of realtors was somewhere in the same league as car salesmen. But Lee truly changed all that. She was so friendly and informative and not at all pushy. No one would have known by her actions that we were only looking for a rental because Lee treated us with the same respect and professionalism she would any client. She was always available to us whether by email, phone, or in person; she responded quickly to our questions (even when she was out of town); made our concerns her own and always followed through, no matter how small or menial the task may have seemed. While we waited for the approval, she even asked if we were happy with the progress and she emailed simply to inquire if we were OK. We loved the fact that she was so down to earth and extremely easy to talk to. She made the whole experience very comfortable and seamless.
We have certainly found ourselves a real estate professional for any and all future needs we may have. We would very highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for a “real” person in real estate.
